23–24 жовтня 2025 р

09:00–16:00

“Frontline professionals — what do I carry in my backpack?”

The second module of the KINTSUGI project, focused on strengthening practical skills for crisis response and peer support .
Over two days, participants worked on self-regulation, understanding crisis and trauma, and identifying personal resources and professional boundaries. Particular attention was given to active listening, responding to strong emotions, and the conscious use of one’s role and authority in helping situations .
The second day focused on self-help groups — how they function, how to facilitate them, and how to create a safe and structured space for shared experience. Participants practiced group facilitation and reflected on common challenges and ethical dilemmas in peer support .
The module combined practical exercises with reflection, aiming to equip participants with tools they can use in real-life support situations.
